Simon’s Fund was incorporated on January 24, 2005 in the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania – the day that Simon Brach Sudman died in his sleep.  The Fund
is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) organization.
All contributions are tax deductible to the fullest extent as permitted by
law.
